Experienced Office Administrator

Tyne & Wear LGV Driver Training are currently looking to appoint an experienced Office Administrator to ensure the smooth running of our company's offices. 


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements

  • Experience in bookkeeping necessary
  • AAT preferable but not essential
  • Experience in Sage advantageous
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Salary - Negotiable depending on experience
